Shipping policy

Same-Day Delivery in Dubai:

• All paid orders within Dubai city are processed as Express deliveries and are typically delivered within 1–2 hours, depending on the customer’s location.
• The following locations are considered remote areas and are not covered by the Express 1-Hour Service: Eden The Valley, Umm Nahad, Umm Al Daman, Jebel Ali Industrial Area 3, Al Maktoum International Airport, Emaar South, Dubai South, Saih Shuaib, Veneto, Hessayen, Mina Jebel Ali, JAFZA, Al Aweer 1 & 2, Al Mamzar, Al Nahda 1 & 2, Muhaisnah 4, Al Qusais, Abu Hail, DAMAC Hills 2, DFZA, Al Twar 1, 2 & 3, Muhaisnah 2, 3 & 4, Al Waheda, and Port Saeed.
• Orders placed after 5:30 PM must be paid online to be delivered the same day.
  • If paid online → delivered the same day (within Dubai).
  • If Cash on Delivery / unpaid online → delivered the next day.

Other Cities (All Emirates Outside Dubai)

• Same-day delivery is available if the order is placed before 10 AM.
  • These orders are delivered the same day by 10 PM.
• Orders placed after 10 AM will be delivered the next working day.

Delivery charges (other Emirates):

• AED 30 for orders below AED 100.
• AED 20 for orders AED 100–299.
• Free next-day delivery for orders AED 299 and above.

Remote Areas:

Delivery to the following remote areas may take 2–3 business days and is subject to additional handling time:

• Al Ain – Al Faqa
• Abu Dhabi – Al Khatim
• Sharjah – Kalba, Khor Fakkan
• Fujairah – Masafi, Mirbah
• Ras Al Khaimah – Shimal, Wadi Ghalilah
• Umm Al Quwain – Falaj Al Mualla
